What does a first session with you look like?
What changes would you need to see in order to feel like therapy is working?” That is the first question we will reflect on during our session. I believe in a client centered approach in which you define success and how it’s measured.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
There is no such thing as a typical process when working with clients due to the diversity and individuality of everyone. I practice an eclectic and collaborative approach which takes into account the cultural, environmental, and personal experiences that impact your threshold for change. Together we will identify treatment goals and objectives which range from a short- term of 6 months to ongoing long-term therapy
