What does a first session with you look like?
During our initial session, I will take the time to get to know you and understand what has bought you into therapy. Together we will create a treatment plan and set goals to help alleviate some of the distress you may be experiencing. Throughout our work together, we will re-evaluate your treatment plan and adjust our goals based off your needs at the time as well.
