What does a first session with you look like?

You can expect to learn new skills that will empower you to be the best you in all that you do including in your personal relationships and the many roles you play day to day. You will learn ways to engage in self-care and utilize your strengths to develop new skills to help manage feelings of sadness, anxiety, and/or overwhelm.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a holistic approach when supporting clients. I like to bring in what is important for them and implement that in our sessions. In addition, I utilize a strength-based approach to promote an individual's positive qualities, strengths, and attributes, that can be utilized when managing difficult situations.
