Dylan Ruby is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 7 years of experience specializing in substance use, anxiety, self-esteem, chronic pain, and navigating life transitions. She has extensive experience working with young adults, adults, families, and groups in a variety of inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. Dylan takes a creative and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. She utilizes strength-based interventions, art therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in her work with clients. She has a passion for working with individuals on the full spectrum of substance use; whether they are exploring how drinking or substance use may not be serving them to those wanting to build long-term sobriety.
