What does a first session with you look like?
Together we can identify what hasn't been working and find what works best for you to get through. We'll use a person-centered approach addressing the needs of you as a whole while incorporating mindfulness to help you gain a better sense of self and learn the necessary skills to navigate and better manage.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Solution-Focused Therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) when needed. I also like to incorporate many elements of mindfulness in my practice.
