My style of communication is open. I often use reflective statements, the Socratic method, and open-ended questions to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their goals and progress. In our first session, you can expect someone who wants to hear your story, experiences, struggles, and challenges, and how I can be a support in your journey to feel better.
