What is your style/approach to therapy?

I used evidence-based practice medication management for my treatment process but I like to include motivational interviewing throughout the session to better access and gain the information needed to provide the best possible care to my patients.

What does a first session with you look like?

Hope in knowing a positive change is on the way. I want to insure to my patients that they have been actively heard and fully listened to. I want my patients to know that I am a provider that cares greatly and strives fully to make a positive impact on their lives for new beginnings and positive changes. With telehealth, we try to make it easily accessible so every individual can make scheduled appointments, even without leaving their homes. We understand that each individual’s condition is unique. For this reason, we individualize our services so we can understand and address their symptoms with the context of their personal experiences, perceptions, and other factors.
