What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have found that allowing clients to be fully heard and understood in it of itself is a powerful tool that leads to empowerment which leads to ultimate change.
What does a first session with you look like?
Through out the course of therapy, I aim to help clients feel empowered and more self aware. For the first session, clients can get a basic outline of what they would like to achieve in therapy and establish short term and long term goals. I am only available to work with clients with primary residence in the DC area.
