What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What does a first session with you look like?

I will walk you through the intake process and help you feel comfortable. I will complete an intake assessment where I ask questions to get to know you better so I have a better understanding of how I can best support you. We will talk about a preliminary diagnosis. We will also establish treatment goals that you would like to work on.
