What does a first session with you look like?
During the first session, we will take steps to know each other, exploring your reasons for coming to therapy, current and past mental health symptoms, life difficulties and areas of concern, we will discuss your goals and expectations from the service as well as navigate with Treatment Planning
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am certified in Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Trauma unformed, Cognitive Behavioural, and Dialectical therapies, which allows me to address most mental health conditions, such as trauma, anxiety and mood disorders
