What does a first session with you look like?
I recognize that no one person's needs can be fully met by me, but I also recognize that I'm in the best possible position to use my professional insights to help others better understand themselves so that they can start controlling their destiny because of our capacity to listen, understand, and offer advice without bias.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My goal is to treat each patient as a "whole person," with the knowledge that each person's psychological health is influenced by a variety of variables that may be preventing them from fully experiencing life's endless opportunities. I provide services to individuals of all ages, paying particular attention to the needs of our young people, geriatrics, and underserved communities.
