What does a first session with you look like?
I provide clients a safe space during therapy sessions to help them grow and learn more about themselves without judgement. I want my clients to feel affirmed and empowered to make changes in their lives.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a humanistic, client centered approach that focuses on one's abilities to use strengths to find wisdom, growth, healing and fulfillment within themselves. At the end of the day, I feel that each person is the expert on their own self, and at different seasons in our lives, we all extra support and validation.
