What does a first session with you look like?

During your first session, we'll collaboratively develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs. As we move forward, you'll learn coping skills and therapeutic techniques to manage your depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and more. You can expect a highly engaged, caring therapist who will be with you on your journey as long as you need.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

In our sessions. we work together to form a plan that works for you. I use art, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to help you learn more about who you are and how to love yourself.
