What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Elizabeth works with adults on issues of anxiety, depression, stress management, executive function, assertive communication, career and life transitions, chronic illness and pain management, grief, loss and bereavement. She provides client-centered counseling and coaching using empathic cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and solutions-focused approaches. She is LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent affirming and inclusive. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they discover their authentic life choices and directions.
