I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am dedicated to helping others understand the important role of mental health in fostering happiness, fulfillment, and overall wellness.

Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping others improve their mental health, relationships, and day-to-day sense of purpose in life. Providing tailored mental health care to clients, she has experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Previously, she has worked at intensive psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR), outpatient, and residential treatment facilities in which she provided crisis stabilization, short-term treatment, and long-term inpatient mental health care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and forensic backgrounds. Additionally, she has worked as a counselor in an outpatient setting with adults, adolescents, and couples working to improve relationships, communication, emotional regulation skills, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Elizabeth utilizes a strengths-based tailored approach that focuses on growth, optimism, and the unique identity factors of each client. Therefore, each client experiences a unique method to honor their individuality and to meet their needs. She utilizes a compassion-focused therapeutic foundation and incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), positive psychology, and creative counseling methods.
