The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. Caring and creative licensed professional with over 16 years' experience in education, mental health, and healthcare sectors, bringing together a uniquely diverse set of skills in order to promote optimal human development and functioning.

Elizabeth treats numerous problems, such as emotional issues anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, first responders, sexual abuse, addiction, career issues, existential concerns, impostor syndrome, and relationship problems. She has worked with many facing complex mental health, personal, relational, and professional challenges. Elizabeth completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Boston and holds two Master's degrees in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education and in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. Elizabeth provides a warm, supportive, client-centered, nonjudgmental experience using proven treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, relational, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, narrative, possibility development, and positive psychology.
