What does a first session with you look like?
Our work together will start with learning more about you and your strengths, goals, challenges and needs. Taking this information into consideration, we will examine areas of your life that may be affecting your present experiences. The hope is to resolve these overwhelming feelings so that you can return to normal functioning.
