What does a first session with you look like?
Should you honor me with the a therapeutic alliance my clients will receive therapy in a manner that allows the client to self realize the changes they need in their life. I will help navigate however the client is leads. You will receive honest communication that is direct with tact.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I employ a mixture of different methods to fit the person. As the client is three dimensional I use the tools to fit the client and not try to have the client fit in the method. I use home work, journaling, imagery, SFT, EFT, MI methods.
