This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, OCD / Obsessive-Compulsive, Self Esteem, Stress and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
