What does a first session with you look like?
In our initial session, I will explain limits to confidentiality, explore treatment goals and I will ask you questions to get to know you better. Questions you may have for me are also welcome. I will be part of your support team, and my goal is to help you improve and reach personal growth!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize an eclectic approach including CBT, Rogerian, TF-CBT. I will help you make connections to your thoughts and how it affects your emotions and behaviors. I have other tools and techniques that I will utilize in the session to help with areas you may struggle in.
