What does a first session with you look like?
My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their past, identify their struggles, and create realistic and measurable goals that will improve and enhance their wellbeing. I feel that clients tend to thrive when they take responsibility for making changes in their lives, while allowing me to create a space for them to recognize and tap into their strengths, and cheer them on as they make positive, life-enhancing changes to their lives.
