What does a first session with you look like?
I am passionate about collaborating clients move forward in their lives and developing patterns and coping skills to move forward despite life challenges, one of my favorite quotes is " It's not about how hard you get hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done."

My work focuses on targeting ineffective behavior and habits that the client is looking to adjust in their lives. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, we are a team and work together throughout our time together!
