What does a first session with you look like?

My experience is that you will likely emerge from the first session with a fresh, hopeful energy as you become excited about possible directions. You will have increased clarity about your issues and a sense of the changes that you can make. The first session should also give you a positive sense of the therapeutic relationship.

I trained extensively in Gestalt theory and therapy and in many other theoretical approaches, including Transactional Analysis, Intersubjectivity, EMDR, and Body awareness techniques.
