What does a first session with you look like?
Clients are provided with a fresh insight into themselves, re-establishing their sense of self. Clients can feel, what I would like to call PETRICHOR. PETRICHOR is the Latin word that describes the smell of the earth after the rain; feeling fresh, revitalized and more confident. Clients can feel that they taking control of themselves and are more able to navigate themselves in a direction that is more reflective of their aspirations in and of their lives.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize several, Adlerian, EMDR, Trauma, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family System, Existentialism and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
