What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize different approaches for different individuals needs including solution focused( short term cognitive tools), CBT, DBT ,trauma informed approaches as well as creating a safe, non judgmental space to assist with your own self awareness.

What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, I get to know you, your goals as well as which approaches best works for you and your individual needs. At each session, we actively work towards goals and re-assess progress. You are an active participant in your treatment each step of the way.
