What does a first session with you look like?
We will start with getting to know each other, and working on identifying your goals and challenges. Our goal is for you to learn and utilize skills that will allow you to achieve your goals while getting the support you need to make healthy changes.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use eye movement, desensitization, and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Gottman Couples therapy method, and other types of therapy, including DBT and CBT.
