What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am trained in cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as EMDR and accudetox.
What does a first session with you look like?
During our first session we will explore what you are seeking support for and discuss how we can reach your goals. During sessions I may ask personal questions, provide critical feedback, or homework assignments. I firmly believe in the philosphy that in this relationship we walk together and I will communicate as such a manner.
