What does a first session with you look like?
When you book a session with me you will not only get a provider but we will establish a partnership on your journey to optimal mental well-being.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I include a holistic module of treatment treating the whole person placing significant emphasis on the physical, emotion, mental and spiritual health of the client. In my practice I may use various scales to facilitate in diagnosing psychiatric disorders. Some of the rating scales includes PHQ-9 questionnaire for assessment of depression MOCA test. ( montreal cognitive assessment) Geriatric depression scale GAD-7 for assessment of anxiety
