What does a first session with you look like?
I understand that life can be messy and complicated, and sometimes it feels like there is no one to turn to. That's why I believe in the power of relationships and humanity's shared connection. By meeting you where you are, we can work together to build solutions and overcome whatever challenges come your way. I aim to provide you with a safe and affirming space to feel heard and validated. You don't have to feel ashamed or alone in your struggles. We all go through tough times, and asking for help is okay.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and other trauma-informed practices. I also use a humanistic approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I tailor my approach and tools to your needs and what is happening in your life.
