Erica Madge LPC
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
When meeting with me you can expect a collaborative experience. I feel that my role is to bring my education, experience, and objective perspective to the room, but therapy is about you. We will start by exploring what you would like to work on, but that will be revisited throughout our time together as you grow. If I see something, I will tell you, but you will be our guide. And together we will uncover what is needed for you to move in the direction you want to move in, change what you want to change, and be who you want to be.
My therapeutic approach combines a number of cognitive based approaches with a humanistic, person-centered perspective. Specifically, I combine elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I believe in a dynamic, flexible approach where I can work collaboratively with my clients.
