I believe in the transformative healing power of being seen and heard in a safe, authentic relationship. I'm going to bring my skills, knowledge, and training but you're the expert on your own life. Our collaboration in healing is everything. I show up as a real person and believe that everyone is doing the best they can with what they've got. I’ll help you identify your strengths, cultivate your inner and outer resources, and make concrete plans that are in line with your goals. We can also look at how our world shapes us. This means looking at social/cultural factors and political influences and how those are impacting your mental health. And at the same time, we're going to use evidenced-based therapies like EMDR, ACT, CBT as well as others to help you get to where you want to be.

In my practice, I use a blend of EMDR, somatic therapies, and talk therapies to provide a holistic approach to healing. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. Together, we'll create a safe and collaborative space where you will experience a compassionate, non-judgmental environment that promotes self-discovery and growth.
