What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I am a licensed mental health counselor that has a passion for providing counseling and support to individuals of all cultural backgrounds struggling with difficult life-adjustments, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, overthinking, relationship difficulties, grief and more. My therapeutic approach is highly client centered, although, I predominantly use cognitive behavioral techniques to facilitate the development of healthy thought/behavior patterns.
