What is your style/approach to therapy?
I frequently utilize, ACT, Art, CBT, DBT, and Bibliotherapy, but I am not limited to those methodologies and will meet you where you are. I am here for you and your goals, therefore I will adjust to fit your needs.
What does a first session with you look like?
In your first session, we will be working on building the therapeutic alliance, setting your therapy goals and engaging in active discharge planning. In each subsequent session we work on the goals set in the first session and discharge. In your session, I anticipate active participation and practice so that you may achieve your goals in the real world.
