What does a first session with you look like?
In our initial session, my aim is to get an idea of your struggles. I will ask you questions to get to know you better and I also welcome any questions you may have for me. Ultimately, we will set up clear goals to tackle and help overcome your troubles. I will be part of your support team, and my goal is to help you improve and have you on your way to thriving!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize CBT, we take a close look at what your thoughts are and I help you identify faulty thinking, which puts us on a track to improving behaviors. I also have a heavy tool belt with coping strategies and psychoeducation to help you according to your needs.
