What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will use a combination of goal setting, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT, SFT, and MI.
What does a first session with you look like?
During the first few sessions, we will work on identifying obstacles which may impact your daily life and develop some goals. After we have been working together for a while you will notice that you will begin to accomplish some of your goals.
