What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I am detail oriented and resourceful. My aspirations is to assist individuals to function to the best of their abilities, deal with their relationships and solve personal and family problems. I know the key to success is the ability to build good client relationships, persistence, time management and good follow up skills, all of which I have. Utilizing solution focus, reality therapy and CBT to assist clients to reshape their thinking to improve problem solving skills, anger management, moral reasoning skills and impulse control. I have experience working with adults and adolescents for individual and small group counseling and psychosocial assessments.
