When working with clients, he draws on a variety of theoretical techniques that in his clinical opinion will best serve his clients at that particular time. Eugene completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) atthe University of Maryland School of Social Work. Hebegan his counseling career in 1993 after working as a probation officer in the state of Maryland for several years. He has also worked for and managed different outpatient addiction/mental health treatment programs.Eugene taught in the addictions program at Anne Arundel Community College from 2002 to 2018, and served on the program s advisory board. He is a former member of the Maryland Domestic Violence Council, establishing criteria for counseling programs for both the victim and perpetrators of domestic violence.
