What does a first session with you look like?
You most likely will feel relieved after your first session, maybe even proud of yourself for having come this far. Many clients have expressed that they feel less alone/isolated and even "lighter".
What is your style/approach to therapy?
There are a lot of different treatment methods/models that are available today. Together we will identify what goal you want to aim for first and then we will together what method we should start with. I usually use several methods throughout our work, depending on what we are working on.
