What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, kids, teens, and families. My style is open-ended, creative and inclusive. I utilize play, art, and other creative means to help my clients. I have a therapeutic as well as a psychoeducational approach to therapy, where I use evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals
What does a first session with you look like?
I work collaboratively with my clients and place value on creating a judgment-free space for them to explore and creatively find solutions that work. I am passionate about being able to respect my client’s autonomy while guiding them through their own process of well-being.
