We will start by building a trusting relationship. Through our work together, you will have someone to talk with consistently about what's on your mind without judgment and have the opportunity to experiment with lifestyle modifications and art-based and other creative activities which can help you understand and build awareness of your thoughts and feelings. You will gain a variety of tools to help you cope with and prevent stress to feel healthier inside and out.
