As a therapist, I am honored to accompany you through part of your life’s journey, to support you with trust, understanding, and compassion. I believe the power of a healing relationship, and my goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe to explore and express, to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, to recognize your inner strengths, and to navigate through life with more confidence and awareness.

I work from a human-centered, psychodynamic and systematic approach, combined with techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and body-based interventions.
