What does a first session with you look like?
After the first session you can expect to feel heard. You’ll likely have a good sense of my approach and whether we're a good fit to work together. If we decide to continue working together, we will formulate a treatment plan tailored to your needs. To add, we will create a schedule that's best suited for you. During our sessions, you will feel supported, empowered, motivated and self-aware. We will work as a team to help you accomplish your goals.
