What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Felease is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2018, a RN since 2002, has been medical assistant and a CNA with a total of 32 or more years in Healthcare and Human Services. Her education is as follows, Post Grad Master of Science certificate for Psych NP from Stonybrook University School of Nursing, MSN degree in Nursing Informatics from Chamberlain College of Nursing, BSN from SUNY Empire College, AAS for RN. Felease has worked child adolescent clinics, mental health clinics that treated all ages 6-60. Felease has worked inpatient and on call across the lifespan 6-60 years old. Felease believes her life's work has been to help others obtain overall health and wellness mind, body and soul. Felease treats ages 12 thru 60 with Mental health diagnosis such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Mood disorders, Schizophrenia, Adjustment disorders, Oppositional defiance disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, sleep disorders and other mental health disorders. This plan is agreed upon collaboratively between her and the patient for positive outcomes.
