Clients can take away a feeling of acceptance, support and confidence they will be able to work towards making the changes they believe are necessary to move forward and improve the quality of their lives.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
To treat symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, substance use, depression, self-esteem, domestic violence, panic disorders, PTSD and trauma I most often utilize the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
