What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am, strength based, patient centered counselor who is skilled at using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Substance abuse counseling, and more to assist my patients with gaining and maintaining emotional stability

What does a first session with you look like?

In our first session, I will create a warm, nonjudgmental, unconditional environment where my you can complete an intake assessment, treatment plan, and collaboratively work with me to discuss how we can work as a team to meet your treatment needs. You will have the opportunity to process your stressors and discuss what led you to therapy.
