What is your style/approach to therapy?
I love mixing expressive arts therapy and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. I truly believe in empowering my clients to overcome the burden of daily stressors by equipping them with coping skills to take control of their emotional well-being. My treatment methods and tools utilized depend on the individualized needs of the client to ensure that they are empowered to utilize their strengths to navigate and manage their emotional well-being. I mostly integrate psychodynamic, attachment, family systems, multicultural, expressive arts, play therapy, EMDR, and CBT-DBT orientations to help target the unique individualized needs of clients in a culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, client-centered, strength-based approach.
