What does a first session with you look like?

We will spend the first sessions really getting to know each other: your past, present and future dreams! It is also a time for me to hear about what you see as a successful outcome of therapy and then plan out our goals together.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a combination of attachment based/psychodynamic therapy. I believe the client is always the expert on their own life and therefore, I often utilize a client-centered approach. I also have a great deal of experience utilizing CBT and TFCBT.
