What does a first session with you look like?

Above all, you should expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. As your therapist, it is my goal to make sure you get the most of our sessions together. I will offer you insights into your experiences, help you identify your strengths, provide you with tools to utilize during your day to day, and use evidence-based treatment to help you overcome any emotional struggles and your therapy goals.
