What does a first session with you look like?

Clients will have a strong sense of understanding of themselves and issues that arise. In addition, they will will given the coping skills through self awareness and understanding. Most importantly clients will be believe they posses the strength to overcome obtacles and becoming even better despite adversity.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am am extremely warm, compassionate, and do not judge my clients. I am solution focused and depending on the client I will utilized various treatments such as cognitive behavioral to change client?�?s perspective and compartmentalize. I meet the clients where they are and through honesty and self reflection, they will arrive at their own goals and solutions.
