What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to assist clients in developing and using methods to move forward in their thinking and their actions. In addition to these I also teach life skills as they relate to overcoming substance abuse/misuse issues.
